Q. Will my new clock purchase come with instructions? Is this item easy to assemble and connect?

Q. Can I request engraving? Is there a charge for that?

Placing an Order



Q. Do you offer gift boxes or gift wrapping?

A. Yes, on the item's page and in Step #2 of the checkout process you will be given the option to 'add a gift box' and 'add a gift message' to all applicable items. The charge for the gift box, special message and gift wrap will be included in your final charges at checkout.

Q. How do I know if the clock I want is in stock?

A. If an item is on back order, a notation will appear in your shopping bag. The notation will say, "out of stock" and provide an approximate date that we are expecting our next shipment. Please note that it takes an additional 7-10 days for you to receive the merchandise after we have received it in our warehouses. 

Q. Is your site secure?

We also hold a secure key, or digital certificate, through Digital Signature Trust. Q. How do I check or track my order status?

A. Customers can check their order and shipping status by logging into their 'My Account' page or Order Status on this website. Follow the prompts to get the latest updates on your most recent purchase and past transactions. If you prefer, contact us during regular business hours Monday thru Friday. We would be happy to check your shipment status and track any packages out for delivery. You can do so on our Customer Service page >

Payment Information



Q. Can I place an order now and send you a check?

A. Our online shopping system is unable to receive orders or hold merchandise without a valid payment attached using a major credit card or your PayPal account. 

Q. Can I use a gift card or coupon as payment?

A. Yes! During your check out, you may enter in your e-gift card number for easy payment. The dollar amount is already stored in our files and will be automatically calculated.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept?

A. We happily accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Q. Why did I have to pay tax on my order?

A. Tenbrink & Co. maintains offices Florida and Arizona. Our physical presence in these states requires us to collect sales tax on behalf of those states. State laws require sales tax to be collected according to the address where the merchandise is shipped.
