Customer Service


The Tenbrink & Co. customer service desk is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) to 6:00 PM EST. We are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. For online orders placed after hours, on a weekend or during a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day. All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday may not be processed for shipping until the following business day.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking to your inbox via email.

Standard Shipping (4-7 days): No Charge
USPS Priority (2-4 days): $14.95
UPS Ground (3-6 business days): $9.95
USPS Express (1-2 days): $49.95
Standard International (7-25 days) No Charge
Tracking is provided through UPS eCommerce. Once UPS delivers the package to the destination country, final delivery will be with your local post office or EMS service. Please allow 7-28 days for your package to reach its destination.
Typically there won't be any customs or import fees. We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what they will be in advance. Please check with your local Customs Office for exact details.
